    Lifebridge Community Alliance

    Lifebridge Community Alliance strives to help improve the quality of life for the Working Poor. Through their on-campus programs and services they help the Working Poor gain greater independence through personal development. In 2014, the LifeBridge Resource Center served 8,837 individuals across 2,830 households with emergency food and clothing.

    St. Joseph the Worker makes employment possible for the Working Poor in Arizona by providing the resources necessary to gain and maintain employment. They offer the Working Poor a hand up, not a hand out-building on their strengths and helping to reduce or eliminate any barriers to employment.

    RV converted to Mobile Success Unit helps connect people with jobs

    Robert Batke came to The Crossroads Facilities, a recovery housing program, hoping to overcome substance abuse. Next he needs to find a job, something that's been difficult for him since moving from Alaska in April. His help with the latter arrives each Monday in the form of a 36-foot RV dubbed the Mobile Success Unit. It's operated by St. Joseph the Worker, an organization that helps low-income and homeless individuals find employment.

    PHOENIX -- St. Joseph the Worker has taken its successful job-development program for homeless, low-income and disadvantaged individuals on the road with what they're calling a Mobile Success Unit, the Valley's first mobile job-search office.
